Return & Refund Policy

At LOWTIDE, we want you to love every piece of gear you order. If something isn’t right, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

We’re here to make sure your order is right, and we stand by the quality of every product we release.

Standard Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original packaging
  • Unworn and unused
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and clear instructions.

Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Email us at business@printinainteasy.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns must be mailed — no in-person drop-offs accepted.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please complete the return and place a new order for the replacement.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our limited-run releases, we do not accept returns on:

  • Pre-ordered items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom products
